1. OOC RULES
A few rules we follow to keep the guild a pleasant place for everyone.

1. Respect each other as players and people! Don’t insult each other OOC, be kind and nice – we’re here to have fun, not to bring additional issues.
2. No powergaming or metagaming. These are strictly forbidden.
3. Killing a character can happen only if the person who plays him/her agrees on an IC death.
4. Bloodlust Corsairs is an RP guild. Enjoy the RP – let others enjoy it, don’t force people to do it if they don’t want to. However, RP should be the main activity in our guild.
5. If the event is about to happen – don’t ignore it. Someone worked hard to prepare it for you so if you are online – it would be nice if you attended, I am sure it will be fun!
6. Take RP seriously and be lore-friendly. We are Heavy-RP guild so if you are planning something unusual, check webs, ask people if you don't know much about it.
7. RP fights will happen by free emoting, or by roll fights.
8. ERP is accepted and fine, as long as you don’t go into other people's privacy if they aren't involved. ERP on Maiden and in Tatooine SH should be done in party chat or whispers.
9. Guild kick politics: GM, Officer or Mate rank can give a member a warning reasoned with metagaming, powergaming, lorebraking, OOC rules breaking etc. Any member can invoke calling GM if he considers the warning having no reasons however, that doesn't mean the warning will be automatically backed down. Three warnings can cause the person to be kicked without no explanation. GM or an Officer after two weeks of inactivity can kick a person who has not been introduced IC to the guild without no explanation. Any person after more than 30 days of absence without explanation can be kicked by GM or an Officer without no reason given.

Replacement limbs lost on duty should be compensated at no less than half-cost of natural limbs.
5. No pirate shall strike another while onboard the ship nor in our Rishi home, unless defending. In the event of the quarrel, it shall be resolved by a blaster, knives, or fists.

3. Events

We almost have daily events. For these events you must have had an intro.  To make it all smooth please be aware of the following:

1.When you enter a room/scene or something changes wait a second with rping untill you see the /oa (officer announcement) this describes the situation. If you read it before emoting it prevents mistakes and makes the rp smoother.
2.Everyone gets their moment to shine in the storyline, you do too. Dont spam emotes or ignore orders to be a hero, its not needed.
3.Act like you would in a situation. If you are about to die you normally would do anything to survive, not look at the lady/man next to you and start to flirt your butt off spamming unrelated emotes during the event.
4.If you have questions or you dont get an emote use OPS and ask, we can always pause and explain stuff :)
5.Dont forget its fun! Your char is making a part of it all

4. Roll System

The system determines who is more experienced and who is less experienced in battle, as well as prevents non-fighting characters from overthrowing warriors with years of experience. Your level of experience will be determined by your RP skills, story of your character, additional modifiers like tech, implants etc. GM and Officers will judge that and of course we don't want to make your characters armless as we hope to do it as justified as possible. Level can be given by earning ranks or IC training as well - for example it will be worth to take part in IC training event because for example the winner of competition may be leveled up after the event.

Some of th’ Affiliates can be fed and get beds around th’ base or Deathmaiden. If th’ called Affiliates be part of Bloodlust Fleet, one shall stick to th’ Code as we all do. Examples: Cap’n of th’ independent crew under Bloodlust banner, allies, those who ain’t joined crew yet, friends, informants, enemies;

Sometimes ya can find among th’ New Bloods real diamond. Th’ part of a company ain’t being with us for long. They got beds, food, booze also got a full share, but when ya New Blood, ya ain’t got no vote in common affairs – shall ya prove your worth and show what ya really can do?

Crew – Ones without whom th’ Deathmaiden shall not fly. Ones who feed us, do everything what needs to be done aboard and on th’ ground. Workers who ain’t fighting but be base of th’ Bloodlust. Corsair – Th’ pirate who shall prove himself and be part of th’ crew for longer time. Th’ ones fighting and working aboard, skilled and experienced with th’ pirate business. Full members of th’ fleet that can be promoted from New Blood or Crew if one shall decide to fight. Mates and Officers as well as Cap’n can decide about it. Every Corsair get a share from each prize monthly, as well as can vote in common affairs. Examples: Pirate, Scout, Fighters, Radarmen, as well as those doing their own jobs but fighting too;

If ya need anything, and I do mean literally anything mate – ya find one of them and just ask. Duties of th’ called Specialists be fixing things, so don’t hesitate, they know they shall do it. No matter if Specialist decides to fight or not… Them be doing so great job, they earn one full share anyway. Examples: Doc, Engineer, Cybernetics, Droid expert, dentist, armsman, armoursmith;

Warhounds – Boarding party. Th’ most experienced and fiercest fighting men and women in th’ company. Cruel, fearsome, fighting like demons, dressed as pirates. Most of them ain’t really healthy with th’ mind, but that’s what ya need when ya want ‘em to assault an enemy vessel. Most of them be too confident or too crazy to be scared of their lives. Heavy armoured, armed to the teeth. Warhounds – the boarding party of Bloodlust Fleet, those mean kriffers are last thing many spacers seen in their lives.

Mate – Mates be heads of lines‘o work. Always there when ya need them. Keeping all th’ kriff together. Taking care of payouts, overseeing th’ deck workers and leading them when it’s needed. Ones voted by th’ company to be holding an important job what means they be one of the most trusted crewmembers in th’ Bloodlust. Ones who crew believes in, ones who earned their position by a hard work and fair ways. That is also why Mates shall receive payment of one and a half share… They’ve earned it. Examples: Chief Engineer, Quartermaster, Head Medic, Swashbuckler; -

Officer – Ones most experienced in piracy. Ones most feared and most respected by th’ company. Chosen from among the most successful, fearless and most skillful pirates. Ones who shall show example to everyone, oversee everything what happens on th’ ship. Ones who proven themselves being loyal, always ready and leading th’ crew. Ones with whom company would go into fire and doom and fight alongside with them, pillaging and making themselves rich. One and half of a share for each of those. Most of them get good room and bed too. If yer a New Blood, better not mess with one of Officers. Examples: First Mate, Bo’sun, Quartermaster;

Pirate Lord - Strong and feared leader, he be th' Cap'n. One we all respect. Without him there shall be no crew. Without him we'd still follow our old ways, trying to survive. Man makes sure our bellies be full, that th' fleet shall fly. Known by th' Galaxy. Feared by th' Galaxy. Scurge of the Space. Born as a pirate and living th' example of what we all wanna become, the meanest and scariest pirate around.
